Any Fantasy Premier League competition operated by Bonus9ja is an independent Bonus9ja promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

Official Fantasy Premier League scores and standings may be used to determine competition results.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use Bonus9ja:

• unlawfully;
• fraudulently;
• to interfere with website security;
• to attempt unauthorised access to systems;
• to distribute malware;
• to impersonate another person;
• to provide deliberately false information;
• to manipulate promotions;
• to create multiple entries where prohibited; or
• to systematically copy or commercially exploit substantial parts of Bonus9ja without permission.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe abuse has occurred.

Bonus9ja contains links to external websites. External websites are independently operated and are not controlled by Bonus9ja.

We are not responsible for their:

• security;
• terms;
• privacy practices; or
• transactions.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep Bonus9ja available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes to these general Terms will not retrospectively remove a prize or entitlement already validly acquired under separate promotion terms.

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory local rights or laws that cannot legally be excluded.
